Let us set aside our Christian persuasions and look at what would best serve Americans per our Constitution!

Take a deep breath, count to 10, place your hand over your heart and say with meaning, sincerity, reflection:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

This is the oath of loyalty to this country and cited by Congress when it opens its sessions. This oath applys to an American's acceptance of the United States Declaration of Independence .....

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness....

Constitution was created to protect all unalienable Rights!
